Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Naama Rahamim / i_seeee, an independent art advisory operating in Israel ("i_seeee", "I", "we"), collects, uses, stores, and handles your personal information when you visit or use the i_seeee website (the "Site").

1. Who we are

i_seeee is an independent art advisory and platform, operated by Naama Rahamim and based in Israel, that connects contemporary artworks with collectors, interior designers, galleries, and other relevant clients.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

• Account information. When you create an account or sign in, we process your name and email address, together with the sign-up role you select (for example: artist, interior designer, gallery, collector).
• Artist profile information. If you are an artist, you may provide an artist profile photo, a short bio, a full bio, your location, website, Instagram handle, and phone number. This information is used to build the public artist profile shown on the Site.
• Artwork submissions. Artists may submit artworks for review. The information submitted may include the artist's first and last name, email, phone, website or Instagram, an artist profile photo, and details about each artwork (title, year, medium, materials, dimensions, framing, price or price-on-request, currency, edition information, category, descriptions, series name, photographs of the work, and optional exhibition or portfolio links).
• Inquiries and contact messages. Any visitor may submit an inquiry or contact message through the Site. This includes the name and email you provide, an optional phone number and company, your message, and the page URL from which you submitted the inquiry.
• Collection / art-matching requests. Any visitor may submit a request for a tailored art proposal. This includes the name and email you provide, an optional phone number, and details about your space and design direction (space type, location, size, a description, design style, colour direction, priorities, and notes), as well as any photographs of the space you choose to upload.
• Favorites. If you are logged in, when you save a favorite artwork we record the artwork you saved, linked to your account.
• Referral program. If you participate in the "share art, earn 7%" program, we generate a personal referral code and link linked to your account, and we track the number of successful referrals, completed sales, and commission earned.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Browser storage technologies. The Site uses your browser's local storage (rather than traditional tracking cookies) for authentication, functionality, referral attribution, and form drafts. Details appear in the Cookies and Local Storage Policy.
• Referral attribution. If you arrive at the Site through someone's referral link, the referral code may be stored in your browser for attribution purposes for approximately 12 months.
• Sign-in information from third parties. If you choose to sign in through Google via the Base44 authentication system, basic account information such as your name and email may be shared with Base44 for authentication purposes.

The Site does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising trackers, newsletter trackers, heatmaps, or session-recording tools.

3. How we use your information

We use your personal information to:

• operate and maintain your account;
• review artwork submissions and build public artist profiles;
• display approved artworks and artist profiles on the Site;
• respond to inquiries, contact messages, and collection requests;
• prepare tailored art proposals for clients, interior designers, and galleries;
• operate the referral program and calculate referral commissions;
• send you confirmation and status emails about your submissions, inquiries, or requests;
• operate, secure, and improve the Site; and
• meet legal or administrative obligations where applicable.

4. Sharing of your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• With Base44. The Site's backend (database, authentication, file storage, serverless functions, and email delivery) is operated by Base44. Your data is processed and stored by Base44 as our service provider.
• In communications and proposals. When you submit an inquiry or collection request, the details you provide are sent by email to the i_seeee administrator so they can respond. Approved artwork images and text may be included in client proposals, presentations, and communications sent to collectors, interior designers, or galleries. This forms part of the service.
• With artwork vendors / sales. Where a sale results from the Site, relevant transaction information may be shared with the relevant artist and the buyer for the purpose of completing the transaction.
• Where required by law. We may disclose information where required to comply with a legal obligation, protect rights or safety, or respond to a lawful request.

Payments are currently handled offline and manually. The Site does not collect or store payment card details.

5. Public visibility of information

The following may be visible to the public:

• approved artwork images and details (title, year, medium, dimensions, price or price-on-request, descriptions, category, series, etc.);
• approved artist profile information you have provided (name, location, website, Instagram, bios, profile photo) on the artist profile page;
• artworks saved by you are not displayed publicly — favorites are private to your account;
• referral codes are intended to be shared by you; referral activity statistics are private to the referrer.

Your email address and phone number are not displayed on public pages.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and in accordance with the following intended retention periods:

• Inquiries: up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless longer retention is reasonably required for an ongoing transaction, legal obligation, or dispute.
• Collection requests and uploaded space photographs: up to 24 months after the request or project is completed or becomes inactive.
• Rejected artwork submissions and associated images: up to 12 months, after which they are deleted unless there is a legitimate reason to retain them longer.
• Artist accounts and profiles: if an artist leaves the platform or requests removal, relevant account/profile information may be retained for up to 12 months where necessary for administrative or transaction records, and then deleted or anonymised where appropriate. Information that must legally or commercially be retained in connection with completed transactions may be retained separately.
• Favorites: retained while the account remains active and removed when the user's account or personal information is deleted.
• Referral attribution: approximately 12 months.
• Local form drafts: artwork-submission and collection-request drafts are automatically deleted from your browser after 30 days, or immediately after successful submission.

7. Storage location and international data transfers

The Site does not currently operate any independent data infrastructure of its own. Your data is processed and stored on our behalf by Base44, the platform provider for the Site.

The specific geographic location of hosting/storage is determined by Base44's infrastructure and cannot currently be confirmed from the Site's configuration. As a result, your personal information may be stored or processed in countries other than Israel, depending on how Base44 configures its infrastructure.

Where your information is stored or processed outside Israel, we aim to ensure that this is handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including any safeguards or arrangements that may be required to protect your personal information. 8. Your privacy rights

You have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate information;
• request deletion of your account or personal information; and
• request a copy of the personal information held about you.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet or stored by our service providers.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date shown above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice of material changes.
