These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the i_seeee website (the "Site"), operated by Naama Rahamim / i_seeee, an independent art advisory operating in Israel. i_seeee is an independent art advisory and platform that connects contemporary artworks with collectors, interior designers, galleries, and other relevant clients. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "Site" means the i_seeee website.
• "we", "us", "I" means Naama Rahamim / i_seeee.
• "you" means any visitor or registered user of the Site.
• "Content" means any material uploaded or submitted to the Site, including artwork images, text descriptions, biographies, profile photos, and other materials.

2. Eligibility and age

The Site is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact naamabusinesss@gmail.com so we can remove it.

3. Accounts

You may create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You may sign in using email or, where available, through Google via the Base44 authentication system. If you choose to sign in through Google, basic account information such as your name and email may be shared with Base44 for authentication purposes.

4. Artist submissions and copyright licence

4.1 Ownership

Artists retain all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the works and materials they submit. Nothing in these Terms transfers copyright ownership of any artwork to i_seeee.

4.2 Grant of licence

By submitting Content to the Site, the artist grants i_seeee a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, adapt (as described below), and distribute the submitted Content — including artwork images, descriptions, biographies, and related materials — for the operation and promotion of the platform.

This licence permits i_seeee to use the Content for:

• display on the i_seeee website;
• artwork and artist profile pages;
• curated collections;
• client proposals;
• proposals sent to interior designers;
• proposals sent to galleries;
• sales-related emails and presentations;
• artwork matching and visual presentations;
• marketing and promotion of i_seeee; and
• i_seeee social-media channels.

4.3 Technical adaptation

i_seeee may technically resize, crop, compress, or adapt images as reasonably required for layout, presentation, devices, and promotional formats. i_seeee will not, however, materially alter the artwork itself or misrepresent the artist's work.

4.4 Confirmations by the artist

By submitting Content, the artist confirms that:

• they own or otherwise control the necessary rights to the materials they upload; and
• they are authorised to grant the licence described above.

4.5 Removal of work

An artist may request removal of their work from the Site at any time by contacting naamabusinesss@gmail.com. i_seeee will use reasonable efforts to remove the work from active display.

Removal may not retroactively remove materials that were already legitimately included in proposals, communications, transaction records, or other materials created before the removal request.

5. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

• submit Content that infringes the rights of any third party;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• attempt to access data you are not authorised to access;
• interfere with the proper functioning of the Site; or
• use the Site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.

6. Inquiries, requests, and communications

When you submit an inquiry, contact message, or collection request, the details you provide may be used to respond to you and to prepare proposals for you or for other parties (such as clients, interior designers, or galleries). Submitting a request does not guarantee any specific outcome.

7. Sales and payments

i_seeee is an independent art advisory and platform, not a traditional online marketplace. Specifically:

• there is no active online checkout;
• payments for artworks are handled offline and manually; and
• the Site does not collect or store payment-card details.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing:

• any sale resulting from an introduction made through the Site is subject to a separate agreement between the relevant parties;
• i_seeee is not a party to any sale contract between an artist and a buyer except where expressly stated; and
• i_seeee's participation may include advisory and referral services, the terms of which are addressed separately.

8. Referral program

If you participate in the i_seeee referral program, you receive a personal referral code and link. You agree:

• not to refer yourself or attempt to manipulate the program;
• that referral commissions are calculated solely by i_seeee based on completed, non-refunded referred sales;
• that attribution depends on the referral code being captured when a visitor arrives through your link; and
• that i_seeee may modify, suspend, or end the referral program at any time.

Pending commission for completed sales accrued before such modification will be honoured in good faith according to the program in effect at the time of those sales.

9. Favorites and local drafts

The Site lets you save favorite artworks and may save in-progress form drafts in your browser. These features are governed by the Cookies and Local Storage Policy. i_seeee is not responsible for data you choose to store locally in your browser.

10. Third-party services

The Site is operated using Base44 as our platform provider (for hosting, database, authentication, file storage, and email). If you choose to sign in through Google via the Base44 authentication system, basic account information such as your name and email may be shared with Base44 for authentication purposes.

The Site does not currently use external analytics, advertising, or payment-processing services. If such services are introduced, relevant notices will be updated.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. i_seeee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
